This is a link to the github repository with example code for Tetsuya Horie's textbook on digital hardware design.
I don't want to bash the author too badly since I know that writing a book is a major effort, especially if you translate it to a foreign language. But _please_ use the help of a professional translator.
From the Preface: "This book is intrduction for programar that how to design microcomputer." This quality of English is not really helpful, I think, and undeservedly casts a bad light on the author.
Note that I haven't checked the quality of the Chisel files linked here.

If you want to learn digital hardware design and RISC-V, I can recommend the book by Harris and Harris: https://www.amazon.com/Digital-Design-Computer-Architecture-...
