I doubt that there would be a catastrophic collapse in any sort but instead a gradual boiling that we don't identify because we refuse to thoroughly look, where it either spirals into a harsh, violent reaction on behalf of the population or a shift in demographics that's only noticeable ten years later and then we wonder where all the blondes went.
