If you haven't read it yet I can really recommend the book "Getting more" by Stuart Diamond. He covers all of the techniques mentioned in this talk and much more, with hundreds of brief examples from the everyday life's of his students and himself. It takes training and time to apply these principles (at least for me) but it has transformed how I think about everyday negotiations.
